RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you’ll be satisfied with all our products however in the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product i.e.: a manufacturing fault – you can return the item for inspection and we will be happy to mend the problem, refund, or replace such item should it be necessary.

ACCURACY OF ORDERS: 

Bohosoul will not be held liable for any mistakes made by the customer when placing orders, such as spelling mistakes, incorrect addresses, duplicated items, or incorrect information given by customers when placing an order online. Please ensure all information in your online order is correct.

Should there be a fault made by Bohosoul.co.za, such as incorrect colors being used or orders not made as per requests, incorrect items will be collected and remade at our cost.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Cancellation of orders that have been paid for and not older than 2 days from the date of order will be charged a 10% admin fee to cover the payment gateway fee that is charged to us. Orders for personalized manufactured items cannot be canceled

RETURNING ITEMS

Returns must be lodged by emailing us at bohosoulboys.co.za within 14 days of the item being received.
